Additionally, the company engages in the production of organic feed, as well as the application of advanced techniques such as freeze drying and processing of fruits and vegetables.

SYED SHAHID HASSAN
Syed Shahid Hassan, the CEO, obtained his graduate degree from University of Illinois in Chicago, United States and later worked for Lassalle Bank and Motorola Company. He later started his own fashion retail business and became the CEO of Faraz International Company which owns 32 J-Bees and Size Retail Stores. He owns and chairs many other businesses in Chicago and beyond. Additionally he serves as a CEO of Gateway Global Sourcing and Global Investments. He brings his several years of experience to this challenging position
DR. WALTER AFFO
Dr. Walter Affo is a Ghanaian and organic chemist with research in the areas of synthesis, chemical biology, asymmetry and catalysis. He holds a BSc in Chemistry with first class honours from the University of Ghana. He received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham (2003), UK under the direction of Gerry Pattenden with added post-doctoral training in the laboratories of Roderich Sussmuth (Technical University of Berlin, Germany), Michael Pirrung (UC Riverside, USA) and Koichiro Oshima (Kyoto University, Japan). He worked as a lecturer with the University of Ghana where he specialized in the research and development of plant extracts over a period of six years. He has developed many advanced extraction techniques and has written many publications in science journals. He currently devotes significant time to research activities related to medicinal plants, miracle berries and the natural sweetener, brazzein. He will be responsible for Research and Development.
MARCO YU GUOHUAN
As a Canadian business entrepreneur and venture capitalist with a strong Chinese background, Mr. Yu is able to see things from the angles of both worlds, thanks to his passion for international business development and his close links to the new-generation Chinese investors. Familiar with the complexity of international trade rules and global logistics, Mr. Yu’s abilities to think beyond the box will always lead to clear and easy solutions. Mr. Yu strongly believes that innovation is crucial to the success of any nternational business, including those well-known established household names. Mr. Yu is committed to finding innovative ways to improve relationships with government agencies, grow overseas markets for homegrown products, and build a strong international team to mect these increasingly global challenges. Mr. Yu holds an MBA degree in Finance at McGill University in Canada as well as BA degree in English at Shanghai International Studies University.

Mirza Nadeem Baig brings about 25 + years of diversified international experience in the field of “Business, Investments & Portfolio Management” with some of the largest Fortune 500 financial and multinational institutions and Family Offices including; Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse First Boston, Credit gricole Indosuez, British American Tobacco, etc. For the last 20 years, Mr.Baig is serving at the Board /MD / CEO / Senior Executive levels and will be working as the Chief Finance Officer

ISSAH OMAR ADJABEN
Issah Omar Adjaben has worked with Promisedland Estate Company Limited in Accra since 2010. He is the supervisor of the ITA Construction. He was the project manager for the construction of the Nagrat Head Office at Adabraka, Accra in 2017. In 2005, he handled the transport and logistics aspects of the Affordable Housing Project, an initiative of the government of Ghana. He will be responsible for Procurement.
LIU XIA
Liu Xia, is a Mining and Energy Investment consultant with over 30 years experience. He is linked to Chinese business investors promoting foreign direct investment in Africa. He has brokered a number exploration and mining projects in Ghana, including, Sian Goldfields Ltd (Ghana) and Akroma Gold Limited. As a mining expert, he has worked with a number of first class Geological Teams in China as Manager for their overseas investments. At Shaanxi Bureau of Geology, P R China, he was involved in Gold, Lead, Zinc, Copper prospecting, as well as the Qingtonggou Mercury and Stibium Projects. In the field of Energy, he facilitated an injection of investment worth over $300 Million into Ghana’s economy. He is the Vice Chairman of BXC Ghana Limited; currently operating in Ghana with an investment portfolio of over $500 million. Mr Liu brings to bear his vast connections and network to the Chinese investor forum.
